Australia’s best hot rods, kustoms and muscle cars cruisin’ the main drag.  Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit takes centre stage on Saturday and Sunday, with non stop Rockabilly and Cruisin’ action.  Once again a kewl car will be dropped and chopped over the weekend in the annual kustom "how-to" where you’ll get the chance to pick up some helpful hints, or maybe the Pinstriping workshop is more your style, where you’ll get plenty of hints from the experts. AMCN Fifteenth Annual Island Classic: Australia's premier historic motorbike event - Featuring Vintage, Classic & Post Classic classes. Also featuring the International Challenge between UK, New Zealand, and Australia in the Forgotten Era.  The Aussies won by the bearest margin last year, but the UK and Kiwi's will be back for revenge. Last year saw a return to the Island by Mr. Superbiike himself - Robbi Phillis to captain the Aussies to a well celebrated win. This is one of the few events at this world famous circuit where you can get up close in the pits to, look, feel , & smell the action.  Chat to the riders and hear some amazing stories from eras past and present. 

The rumour mill has been confirmed that Wayne Gardner will also be returning in2008 to defend his lap record on the matchless 500........ you just never know who you might see at the Island Classic ....
