The 2019 FIM Supersport World Championship will have 25 riders on the grid according to the Provisional Entry List released last Friday, with the field making their 2019 debut at Australia’s Yamaha Finance round at Phillip Island from February 22-24.

As we head into Christmas holiday mode, here’s a last-minute update on the proposed 2019 world superbike field for Phillip Island’s kick-off of the MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship next February 22-24.  

Strap yourself in for a wild ride, as it’s officially confirmed –  the Phillip Island round of the 2019 MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship from February 22-24 will be the first to host three races for the famed production bike series.

The reigning MOTUL FIM Superbike World Champion, Jonathan Rea continued to set the pace during the second pre-season test at Circuito de Jerez Angel Nieto.

Registrations are now open for volunteer officials at the 2019 Motul FIM Superbike World Championship, Yamaha Finance Round, Phillip Island, February 22-24.

The first 2019 MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship pre-season test came to a wet end at Spain’s Aragon circuit.
